一、理论方面:
作为一名教师,首先要继续认真学习《中小学教师职业道德规范》具备良好的师德。师德不是一个抽象的政治说教,而是具有深刻的知识内涵和文化品格的,一个有广博知识的教师才会有道德感召力,仅仅依靠说教的道德教育必然是苍白的。同样,教师的师德魅力也是以其深厚的文化为底蕴的。唯有如此,教师才能完成其教书育人的神圣使命。
二、业务方面:
1.认真学习领会课标精神,掌握自己所教学科的学科特点,教的最优化要落实到学的最优化,形成良好的教学风格。
2.探索生活化、情境化的创设方法,掌握生活化、情境化的课堂风格。
3.使自己具备一定的教学科研能力。多看书,多参加学校举行的各种活动。
我们教师的工作对象是学生,教师的专业素养和教育教学能力直接影响学生的发展。教师自我发展的信念、自我调控的科学实践过程中所表现出来的执着与严谨的品行,将影响学生的终生。所以,为实现以上目标我准备采取以下措施:
1.加强师德师风的修养,形成高尚的人格,有一颗进取的心。要热爱学生,对学生有博爱之心,要以诚相待,要宽容和有强烈的责任感。
2.树立终身学习的理念。教师终身学习应具备五种能力:学习能力、教育科研能力、适应现代教学能力、研究学生能力、自我调控能力,今后我要在这些方面多下功夫。
3.更新教育观念,不断学习与反思,勤动笔,勤动脑。不光认真钻研本学科知识,同时不断拓宽自己的知识视野,增加自身的知识含量。这其中最重要的一点就是必须持之以恒。
本年度工作目标:
(1)认真钻研新教材,实施有效备课,研究教法,提高自己的执教能力。
(2)继续探索生活化、情境化的创设方法,掌握生活化、情境化的课堂风格。
(3)狠抓教学质量,加强提优补差工作,切实提高学生成绩。从实际情况入手,对学生进行细致深入的分析,制定具体的工作计划并认真执行,平时应根据实际情况采取灵活的手段,认真探索好的方法,个别情况作个别辅导,加大力度。通过家校联系、学生互助、学习竞赛等途径来提高学生学习的质量。
4.认真阅读教育名著,努力提高自身教育理论素养。
做一名好老师,做一名学生喜欢的老师,是我努力的方向。平时多阅读优秀的教育名著,学习先进的教育理念,以他们的例子来激励自己,多观察、多总结,从学生实际来总结提高,积极撰写教育论文,努力让自己成为一名知识型教师。“路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索……”我要多学习,勤学习,做一个知识型的教师。

为认真贯彻落实市进修学校关于《进一步加强中小学教师网络学习的实施意见》文件精神,及继续教育网络培训的相关政策,为进一步落实“网络学习培训计划”,促使我校参加网络学习的教师按期顺利完成网络培训学习任务,切实提升教师业务能力,积极发挥教师在专业发展中的作用,广泛推动素质教育进程,全面提高教育教学质量,根据我校实际,制定我校教师网络学习计划。

根据《市继续教育学分管理登记办法》,在每周内每位教师必须完成三大板块的学习任务。
(1)“网络学习”时间每周不少于两个半小时。
(2)课程分为必修课程和选修课程,每位教师每学期按课程计划必修一门课,也要根据自身需要确定好选修课程。
(3)“拓展学习”内容在“动感课堂”和“前沿大讲堂”栏目资源中自主选择。
符合网络学习条件的教师
1、学习的形式:
参加网络学习的教师可以采取自学形式进行,利用课外时间在家里自学;也可以利用下午第三、四节课没有课的时间到微机室进行学习。
2、学习的措施:
(1)教导处每周负责检查教师参加网络学习的情况,必需保证教师按要求完成学习任务。并能及时进行网上论谈,网上交流达到共同提高共同发展的目的。
(2)实行结对帮扶。会的辅导不会的,达到共同促进和提高。
(3)利用周末和节假日由计算机教师进行解疑质难。
1、严格将教师的网络学习与教师年度继续教育考核挂勾,实行网络学习评估。
2、每学年教师参加继续教育没有完成任务者,当年的年度考核不能评为优秀,不能参评各级各类的评优表彰等。另外参加网络学习的教师在年终考核中要优先没参加网络学习的教师。
3、无不正当理由拒不参加继续教育的,年度考核为不及格。

一、指导思想
以国家教育方针和上级关于师训工作文件政策精神为指导,以建设一支师德修养高、业务素质精良、教学技能全面、教学基本功过硬、具有一定教科研能力适应新课程改革需求教师队伍为目标,以“评好课”为师训工作重点,以教师可持续发展为本,努力开创我校教师培训工作新格局,造就一支适应现代化教育要求创新型学习型研究型高素质新型教师队伍。
二、重点工作:
1、加强政治学习和师德培训。
2、继续开展“拜师结对”活动,促进青年教师成长与成熟。
3、落实好常规听评课活动,坚持听课后及时评课,学校提倡跨年级听课,鼓励、支持、拓展校外听课渠道。通过听评课活动,进一步规范教师授课行为,促进课堂教学规范高效,提高教育教学质量。
4、开展班主任培训工作,加强班主任师资队伍建设。
5、认真开展课题研究。本年度,除将继续加强课题研究过程管理和档案建设,全面完成其它立项课题结题和推广工作,并积极参加教育科研部门组织教研活动,切实开展校本课题研究,以研促教,不断提高教育教学针对性和实效性。
6、配合市教育体育局局继续做好骨干教师培训工作,开阔其视野,提升其教育教学理论素养和教学实践能力,并充分调动其在实施素质教育、积极参与教科研活动中主动性和辐射带动作用。
三、主要措施
1、加强领导。根据局要求,建立学校骨干教师培养工作领导小组,负责检查、督促、指导、考核,项目领引,帮助骨干教师完成每年目标任务,并负责上送年度考核结果。
2、自加压力。各类骨干教师要按照自身实际,制订一个向上一个层次目标成长计划书,从师德水平、课堂教学、教育教学科研等方面对照条件,分解目标,按学年度制订自己成长计划书。
3、引入竞争机制。对于高层次听课活动、展示活动继续采用申报制,学校择优批准。凭听课反思、学习体会、上翻版课等报销外出活动费用。
4、组织各类活动。组织各类研讨、沙龙活动,在碰撞中激发灵感,在实践中提升能力。
5、建立健全人才培养梯队,重视名教师培养工作,做好市级学科教改带头人、教学能手、教坛新秀培养、推荐工作。努力培养一支“师德修养好、业务能力强、学识水平高、发展潜力足”事业型、复合型、科研型教师队伍。
