章语言生动,内容浅显易懂,适合学生自主阅读,能让学生理解课文说明的道理,学会全面地看问题,在阅读中继续练习抓住课文的主要内容。因此,应放手让学生自读,在学生自读、感悟的基础上做适当的指导,引导学生明白寓言中蕴涵的道理并受到教育。

我在上这课时,借用了著名特级教师靳家彦老师上这课的教学流程——“一读二演三改四编”,不过靳老师用的是两节课完成,我用了一节课完成的,我将朗读课文读正确读流利放到了学习生字的第一节课处理,所以基本上处理完了教学任务。

“一读”即上课伊始让学生们齐读生字和课文。设计这个环节是让学生将词语读正确,将课文读正确读流利。朗朗的读书声后让学生说说自己喜欢谁、不喜欢谁、理由是什么。虽然此时的感受是粗浅的,但是促进了学生在读中理解,在读中感悟。绝大部分学生都能说出铁罐的傲慢、狂妄自大和陶罐的谦虚、善良和真诚。

“二演”即角色表演,在学生对文中的角色有一点的了解的基础上让学生表演,深入体会人物的情感,感悟寓言讲述的道理。学生们表演积极,铁罐和陶罐的特点被孩子们演绎出来了,来表演的第一组的同学表演出了陶罐铁罐的语气和神态,第二组的同学们还在第一组的基础上加以动作,让表演进入了一个高潮。孩子们意犹未尽呀,由于时间关系,我让他们课后再表演。此环节如果让学生脱离书本,将课文的语言变成自己的话进行表演就更好了。

“三改”这环节我是让孩子们领悟寓言的寓意后让学生表演的。设计这环节的目的是:学生们在表演的基础上让他们说说悟出了什么道理(任何事物都有长处和短处,我们要学会全面看事物,不用自己的长处去和别人的短处相比),此时教学重点难点已经突破了,我引导学生弄清二者优缺点的过程中,使学生进行了理性的思考,自觉地用辨证的观点看问题,并集体改编故事来赞扬铁罐批评陶罐,对课文的理解达到新的高度。此处有老师认为是败笔,我认为就因为集体进行改编故事,才能克服学生写寓言的畏难心理,有利于新寓言的创作。

“四编”这环节突出了读写结合,阅读是读懂文章,写作是思想感情的表达。通过阅读进行写作,有利于激活学生头脑中储存的信息,适用已学知识的重新创作。此处时间充裕的话应让学生慢慢写,然后老师当堂指导评改学生的语言。可惜时间太少,只能让学生进行口头作文,也只有一个学生不流利地说,老师和同学加以补充才算说完整了。

学习名家上课只是鹦鹉学舌,模仿名家的框架固然可嘉,学习名家的语言思维教学也固然可嘉,要变成自我的教学风格我还需要好好加油。勉励自己——“路漫漫而修远兮,吾将上下而求索”、“采得百花成蜜后,为生辛苦为生甜”。

《陶罐和铁罐》是一篇童话故事,课文生动有趣,情节富有变化,它讲述了国王御厨里铁罐自恃坚硬,瞧不起陶罐。许多年代后,陶罐出土成了文物,铁罐却不复存在的故事。全文可分为两部分:第一主要讲骄傲的铁罐看不起陶罐,常常奚落它,即他们的对话;第二部分主要讲许多年代过去后,人们发现了陶罐,铁罐却早已消失。作者告诉人们“不能只看到自已的长处,而看不到自已的短处,也不能只看到别人的短处而看不到别人的长处”这样一个道理。这则寓言故事语言朴素却富有童趣。

初读教材时,我感觉对话应该是重点,以对话贯穿全文,给学生呈现一个傲慢自大的铁罐和一个谦虚善良的陶罐。但多读几遍后才发现,作者的这篇童话目的不是给我们呈现两个罐子,而是以两个罐子的形象来说明“人无完人,金无足赤”的道理,我们应如何正确的看待人和事物。找到了人文价值,以何种形式来贯穿全文呢?我觉得可以从以“提示语”贯穿对话的朗读,从而引导学生与文本对话。为了让课堂更加明晰、教学思路更加精细,我们全体语文教师进行了深深的思考。通过这节课,我也有许多的感悟与想法。

每次拿过课文,我都会着急的去思考如何进行教学设计,如何才能想出新点子,让大家看到我精彩的设计,但每次都没有预想的效果。仔细想想,我忽略了课堂上最主要的人物——学生,他们才是课堂的主体,他们的兴趣才是课堂的源泉。因此,我认真听取了师傅的意思,课堂上放手,让学生随便谈,随便说,随着学生的兴趣爱好走。没想到真的有效果了,学生的表达完全出乎我的意外,而且与我的预设也完全一样。仔细想想,原来站在学生的立场,想想他们对什么感兴趣,他们最想了解什么?会给我带来那么多的惊喜。比如说通过对话让薛恒感受铁罐的傲慢和陶罐的谦虚,我就安排学生从称呼着手,从“东西”、“子”、“兄弟”,这样从学生熟悉的着手,就容易出效果,学生也容易理解。

记得李家栋老师说过:语文就是学生、教师、文本之间的对话。正如淳淳小溪流淌在课堂上。因此,以学生文本、关注学生才是我们上课的最终目的。课堂伊始,我可能没有走进学生、走进课文,因此不知其功效。当我投入地与学生一起挖掘陶罐和铁罐的性格,探究其价值时,我和学生全身心投入其中,完全以学生为本,和他们同感悟、同体验。这时我们的思想相互碰撞,心灵相互交流,让我真正体会到了真正的课堂。另外,课堂上设计了小组合作环节,让学生进一步指导铁罐和陶罐的功能与区别,从而知道陶罐的谦虚。

通过这节课,让我深深领悟到:课堂是随机的,课堂也是学生的,教案不是一成不变的。要随着学生的发言进行教学。处处体现学生自主性,当然,这也需要教师自身有深厚的文化功底。因此,通过这节课也让我深深的明白:知识的储备对一个教师来讲是多么的重要。

这节课,我也深深的反思过,对于我个人来说缺乏一定的锻炼,听的少,练的少,因此也有些不成熟的地方。在教这篇课文时,考虑到课文的内容中四次对话的层次性,我一直有一个困惑,那就是怎样既可以体现学生的自主学习和探究,又不会使教学过程显得杂乱无章呢?在教学中,我深刻地感受到其实这根本不时一个问题,学生在读通读顺课文的基础上,已经能够认识到了我所考虑的这个问题了。可能会有不同的意见,但是在学生读课文,小组讨论的过程中,这些分歧就会渐渐趋与统一,不要要求学生一次就能达到所想要的高度,而是让他们一步步通过自己的努力去尝到智慧的果实。作为老师,我觉得自己在这个方面的经验还不足,还放不开,怕学生跟不上自己的脚步,其实这些都是杞人忧天。要相信他们的能力,相信他们能够在老师的正确引导下解决问题。

通过这次教学,我也深刻地感受到了自己在阅读教学方面和课堂经验的不足。我将在以后的教学中更加虚心地向老师们请教,通过这样的教学实践使自己的教育教学水平再上一个台阶。

我在教学《陶罐和铁罐》一课时,围绕“考虑 练习”中的问题,在教学中放手让同学画一画,说一说,演一演,同学学习兴趣浓厚,学习效果颇佳。

我采取了以下做法:

1、听一听,画一画,体会“人物”的内心活动。我让同学听完课文后,让同学添画表情后问:“你为什么要这样画?”一个同学说:“铁罐在说话时十分生气,后来还恼怒成怒,大发雷霆,所以我要画出它双眉竖起,两眼圆瞪的样子。一位同学画完陶罐的表情后说:“我想表示陶罐当时的谦虚,说话时心情的平静。”所以它的表情应该是笑眯眯的。在这个教学过程中,同学的语言表达能力、得到了锻炼,又掌握了“人物”的内心活动,为理解寓意奠定了基础。

2、让同学画一画,抓住“人物”的特点。阅读课文时,让同学自由读课文,找出铁罐奚落陶罐的话和陶罐说的话。为了指导同学读好铁罐的这些话,我再让同学画出描述铁罐说话时神态的词语,想象铁罐说话的神情。同学很快抓住了“高傲”、“轻蔑”的神气、“恼怒”这些词语;在理解这些词语之后,同学再读句子,将铁罐的骄傲表示得淋漓尽致。

3、让同学演一演,加深对“人物”的理解。在同学掌握“人物”的特点、体会“人物”的内心活动后,我便让出讲台给同学扮演。同学先选定自身乐于扮演的角色,再戴好头饰,按课文中所描述的“人物”的语言、表情进行扮演。教师还鼓励他们加上自身设计的动作。同学的扮演可以是绘声绘色,赢得了老师和同学们会心的笑。同学学得轻松愉快,同时无论是扮演者还是观看者也都加深了对“人物”的理解。这样一来,课堂再不是我的独角色,成了他们的舞台。

在上述画、说、演的基础上,我抓住时机出示“考虑 练习”的问题:许多年过去了,陶罐和铁罐发生了什么变化?同学读课文后,我先引导同学对比陶罐和铁罐最终的结局,同学能很快找出,铁罐已完全氧化,消逝得无影无踪了,而陶罐却依旧“光洁、朴素、美观”。并说一说是不是喜欢陶罐,为什么喜欢或不喜欢。同学有的说喜欢陶罐,因为它外表光洁、朴素、美观;有的说喜欢陶罐,因为它已是很有价值的古董;有的说喜欢陶罐,因为它谦虚,对人友好、善良。同学各抒己见,学习情绪高涨。这个环节的设计使同学的语言表达能力得到了锻炼,也加深了对文章寓意的理解。

但事与愿违,几个男生高声回答:“铁罐!铁罐!”“当然是铁罐!”在那一刹那,我惊呆了,诧异的问:“为什么呢?”他们对着我和同学们惊讶的目光,说出了自己的理由“我们就是喜欢他的横!”“对,横了没人欺负!”“老实就是窝囊!”听着他们的回答,我梳理了自己的思绪,暗自思讨:是我教学的失败,还是他们受社会影响太深?我深深的知道,教学不仅仅是把这一课的内容讲授给同学们,更重要的,是让他们多联系生活,多了解社会,是让他们学会做人。

想到这,我没有按照下课铃声下课,而是冲他们点点头,边说边坐下来:“噢,看来这个问题,我们要坐下来好好谈谈了。”因为在这个时候,我意识到孩子们接触到的信息,对社会有一种曲解,应该让全员参与进来,于是我又说:“谁同意他们的观点,请坐到北面!谁和他们的观点相同,请坐到南面!我们来一个小型辩论会,看哪一方能胜出?喜欢铁罐的为正方,喜欢反方的为反方。好,请正方先发言。”
