一、认真学习,提高思想认识,树立新的理念

1、坚持与同组教师进行思想交流和教学交流,紧紧围绕学习新课程,构建新课程,尝试新教法的目标,不断更新教学观念。注重把学习新课程标准与构建新理念有机的结合起来。通过学习新的《课程标准》,认识到新课程改革既是挑战,又是机遇。将理论联系到实际教学工作中,解放思想,更新观念,丰富知识,提高能力,以全新的素质结构接受新一轮课程改革浪潮的“洗礼”。

2、通过先后到宋基高中和西峡高中学习,使自己逐步领会到“一切为了人的发展”的教学理念。树立了学生主体观,贯彻了民主教学的思想,构建了一种民主和谐平等的新型师生关系,使尊重学生人格,尊重学生观点,承认学生个性差异,积极创造和提供满足不同学生学习成长条件的理念落到实处。将学生的发展作为教学活动的出发点和归宿。重视了学生独立性,自主性的培养与发挥,收到了良好的效果。

二、教学工作

教学工作是学校各项工作的中心,也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。多半学期以来,在坚持抓好新课程理念学习和应用的同时,我积极探索教育教学规律,充分运用学校现有的教育教学资源,大胆改革课堂教学,加大新型教学方法使用力度,取得了明显效果,具体表现在:

(一)发挥教师为主导的作用

1、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时,非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编

写认真,并不断归纳总结经验教训。

2、注重课堂教学效果。针对高一年级学生特点,以愉快式教学为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点, 突破难点。

3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次,使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后语文课该怎么教和怎么讲。

4、在作业批改上,认真及时,力求做到全批全改,重在订正,及时了解学生的学习情况,以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。

(二)调动学生的积极性。

在教学中尊重孩子的不同兴趣爱好,不同的生活感受和不同的表现形式,使他们形成自己不同的风格,不强求一律。有意识地以学生为主体,教师为主导,通过各种游戏、比赛等教学手段,充分调动他们的学习兴趣及学习积极性。让他们的天性和个性得以自由健康的发挥。让学生在视、听、触觉中培养了创造性思维方式,变“要我学”为“我要学”,极大地活跃了课堂气氛,相应提高了课堂教学效率。

(三)做好后进生转化工作

作为教师,应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面,对优生的优点是显而易见的,对后进生则易于发现其缺点,尤其是在学习上后进的学生,往往得不到老师的肯定,而后进生转化成功与否,直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以,一年来,我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作:

1、用发展的观点看学生。

应当纵向地看到:后进生的今天比他的昨天好,即使不然,也应相信他的明天会比今天好。

2、因势利导,化消极因素为积极因素。

首先 帮助后进生找到优、缺点,以发扬优点,克服缺点。 其次以平常的心态对待:后进生也是孩子,厌恶、责骂只能适得其反,他们应该享有同其它学生同样的平等和民主,也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。

3、真正做到晓之以理,动之以情。

首先做到“真诚”二字,即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄,一旦学生发现“有假”,那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在“演戏”。其次做到“接受”,即能感受后进生在学习过程中的各种心理表现和看法,如对学习的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠,错误的想法和指责等,信任他们,鼓励他们自由讨论。最后做到“理解”二字,即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点,所以我在后进生转化工作上,效果还是明显的。

三、目前存在问题:

1、主要还是受到课时的限制,教学内容多,学生没有足够的课时来复习相关知识,基础比较薄弱,这个情况在平时的小测中已经体现出来。

2、实验受到课时、经费、实验试剂等因素的影响,不能完全开展。

四、下阶段计划:

1、进一步整合课程内容,课堂中切实转变学生的学习方式。将自主性学习、探究性学习和合作学习等方式纳入教师的教学设计,实现课堂教学结构的更新,优化教学过程。注意用好、用活、用足课程标准、教材、教学参考书、教具(挂图、模型、标本、音像材料、实物)等配套的新课程资源,全面实现课程标准所确立的课程目标。

2、加强生物练习的演练与评讲。高度重视引导学生独立建构知识,培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。

3、将教学评价同教学反思结合起来。注意运用自我评价、同行评价和学生评价等多种形式对教师的教学进行评价。注意将教学评价同教学反思有机地结合起来,使教学评价真正起到改进教学、促进教学的作用

总之,一学期以来,干了一些工作,也取得了一些成绩,但成绩只能代表过去,工作中也存在着一些不足,如:学生学习两极分化严重,行为习惯还不够规范等,在今后的工作中,我一定要发扬优点,改正不足,扬长避短,争取更大的成绩。

本学年我担任高一(1、2、7、8)四个班的生物学的教学工作,这一学期来我认真执行学校教育教学工作计划,本着务实的思想,积极探索,改革教学。本着做一行,热爱一行,""向每一节课要质量,让每一个同学学有所得。本人现对本学期教学工作作出总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,总结经验教训,提高自己的教学能力,现总结如下:"""不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生的实际,设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,课后及时对该课作出总结。""在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,在课堂上老师讲得尽量少,学生动口动手动脑尽量多;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。

即使学生回答了极简单的问题,也给予夸奖。这样太多的鼓励,学生都听腻了。长期下去只能带给他们更多的迷失。根本起不到激励作用。为了避免产生这样的现象,我认为对学生创造性的回答要给予肯定和奖励,对学生错误的回答,既要指出不足之处,也要抓住可取之处,给予表扬。不可挫伤学生的自尊心和自信心。如果一个学生只能表扬,不能批评,未来怎么能面对挫折和失败呢?没有批评和惩戒的教育是不完整的教育,也培养不出健全的人格。只有在客观的基础上坚持鼓励性原则,才富有魅力和价值的评价"有针对性,有层次性,同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透切的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。"在课后,为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求。 在工作中发现自己还存在很多不足之处,在以后的工作中发扬优点,改正缺点,不断提高自己的工作能力。
