教学对象:水平一学生
二年级学生生性活泼好动、好奇心强、求知欲强,有较强的表现欲望但个体差异明显。
1.通过圈圈做各种练习,激发学生乐于参与体育活动的兴趣。
2.发展学生的身体基本活动能力,学会和创造一些简单的玩圈圈方法。
3.增强学生的体质。
4.养成探究习惯,培养合作精神和创新意识。
呼拉圈若干、小操场一块
(一)激发兴趣阶段:取圈圈(时间:5分钟)
教法:1、师生问好。
2、拍手操,活动身体关节肌肉。
3、2人一圈、取器材。学生成圆形站队。
(二)活泼愉快、情绪高涨阶段:“转圈圈”时间:8分钟
教法:1、教师启发圈有几种玩法?如何转?
2、师巡视,指导、表扬。
3、表演、展示能力。
学法:1、个人探究
2、相互效仿
3、切磋提高
4、总结思考
学生两人一组,分布于圆圈旁。
(三)刻苦练习阶段:各种圈圈的玩法:时间:(19分钟)
教法:1、教师提示,抛圈圈、钻圈圈等,学生自由组合,选择玩法。
2、学生自然围于教师四周。

1、教材分析
投掷是锻炼身体重要项目之一,具有很大实用价值,它是小学课程标准重要组成部分,是有效训练身体协调性,促进上肢肌肉关节,韧带等机能发展,增强力量好教材。投准练习从小学一、二年级中就开始安排学习,三至六年级中还经常出现,整个教材编写过程是采用由浅入深,由简单到复杂,逐步提高纵向编排方式,由此可见,这是一项以发展学生投掷能力,全面锻炼学生身体实用教材。
2、教学目标
根据教材特点和体育《新课程标准》结合,五年级学生实际,以学生为主体,把目标适应千差万别学生,而不是让千差万别学生去适应同一个目标,本课为该教材第一课时。目标设定如下:
①、认知目标:通过学习使学生懂得轻物投掷常识,激发学生学习热情。
②、技能目标:通过学生逐步学会投掷技术,发展学生投掷能力。
③、情感目标:通过学习培养学生勇敢,团结合作等身体素质。
本课重点是:发展学生协调性和力量。
本课难点是:转体,引球动作连贯。
3、教学关键
投掷项目技术本身比较难掌握且是按照传统教学比较枯燥,乏味,因此,在教学过程中,采用打纸飞机,打矿泉水瓶等,给学生设定学生想玩情境,让学生在玩游戏中惨透到教学中。活跃学生课堂气氛和面向全体学生,特别是帮扶“差生”是本课教学关键。
4、学习安排
动作学习采用学生玩球直接导入课题,在主教材学习中是教师设疑,让学生探索与尝试,并学会创造性思维去体会和学习。整个教学过程由易到难,师生互动不断达到高潮学习过程。
三、说学情
1、有利因素
根据小学五年级学生年龄和心理特点,学生比较活泼,好动、好玩、模仿能力和求知欲较强,且本课采用情境和游戏比赛教法容易激发学生学习兴趣,他们比较容易接受。
2、不利因素
虽然学生已掌握一些投掷基础技术,但学习新技术动作有一定阻力,个别学生因心理因素不够稳定,又容易产生满足或厌学情绪。因此在教学时采用形式多样教学手段来激发学生学习兴趣,使教学顺利进行。
四、说教法
本节课采用讲解示范法、分组练习法、游戏竞赛法。在体育教学过程中,我们经常目睹到这种现象,教师一味地强行地灌注给学生,而学生只能被动地接受这样单调技术动作,忽略小孩子爱玩天性,我设计这堂课是针对这方面问题,特别是在新体育课程改革中,要以学生发展为中心,重视学生成为学习主体,认识主体,发展主体。因此,我采用游戏等多种教学方法,以灵活多变手段贯穿始终,使学生在玩中分享运动喜悦,真正体会体育乐趣,最终达到掌握技能和锻炼身体目。

在教学过程中,通过教师引导、启发、学生进行自主练习,使学生动手、动脑、充分发挥学生主体作用,通过学生自主学习过程中,师生相互交流,生生之间评价,激发学生学习和创新欲望,更有利于启发学生进行学习。
六、说教学程序
体育课结构是人体参与活动,根据人体机能活动能力变化规律,我把本节课学生要学习内容灌穿在游戏中,使课堂气氛活跃起来,从而达到良好教学效果,本节课我分为开始准备阶段,发展探究阶段,恢复身心阶段,三个阶段进行教学。
(一)、开始准备阶段

2、准备阶段:玩羽毛球,根据人体活动基本规律,从静止状态到运动状态必须有一个适应过程,所以让学生拿羽毛球自由发挥想象地玩,如:有抛高起来接,抛远等等这能使学生在欢乐气氛中得到充分活动,同时也为进一步学习打下良好基础。
这一环节约为10分钟左右。运动强度为“中”。
(二)、发展探究阶段
这部分是课主题部分,是解决教学重点与难点关键,是“教”与“学”重点。
在教学过程中,应以学生积极参与,学生多练为主,大胆创新,让学生在玩中学,学中玩,从而达到锻炼身体目,本节主要采用以下几种手段来进行教学。
1、通过语言提示与引导,让学生利用玩纸飞机和纸球进行抛接练习,充分地展示他们想象能力,模仿能力,激发学生投准欲望。
2、让学生自主寻找目标,进行抛击练习,给学生提供一个自我表现舞台,同时,也提供一个相互交流学习机会。
3、组织学生成“正方形”四组队形进行打矿泉水瓶比赛,其中任选四位学生交替当各组裁判,比赛时,在定时间内打中多一组为胜,这样可以激发学生学习积极性,提高教学效果。

(一)开始热身部分
教师用生动的语言引导学生,使学生兴奋进入课中。除了集合整队,师生问好等常规外,还安排队列练习,接着以唱游的形式开始,充分调动学生的学习热情。以新颖,优美的热身操做准备活动,打破传统单调的跑步,做操套路,吸引学生主动,积极练习,符合低年级学生天真,活泼好动的天性。
(二)学习提高部分
本课采用情景化教学,是围绕在30米加速跑和投准为主教材的前提下,把毽子的使用贯穿到课的始终,充分发挥“一毽多用”的功能。本课的基本部分除了安排教学计划中所定的高抬腿跑和30米加速跑内容外,还穿插毽子等多种有趣的游戏,提高学生学习积极性,使他们充分体会到玩中学,玩中练,玩中体验体育课的情趣所在。从而进一步协调学生上、下肢力量,培养学生的力量、速度、协调等等能力。另外,通过让学生自主学习,合作学习,探究学习,小组成员之间相互启发,相互帮助,从而初步掌握高抬腿跑和加速跑的基本方法,使得学生在小组配合中充分发挥聪明才智和创新能力。
(三) 整理恢复部分
在优美的旋律中师生共舞,达到身心放松的目的,让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中结束本课。
1、预计大部分的学生能初步掌握原地高抬腿和行进间高抬腿跑的方法,学会跑的正确姿势。
2、预计本课学生的运动强度为中等,最高心率为150次/分左右,平均心率120—130次/分。
3、练习密度为40%左右。
