我在二年级试教过一节,当时的教案以重唱环节为主,学生在学会歌曲后再进行表演。但是那节课只上了20分钟,因为我发现自己完全拖不下来了,学生已经失去了完全的主动权,这样的音乐课失去了快乐的意义。后来在肖老师的帮助下,把语言进行了规范,环节上进行了处理,可是整体感觉仍然还是以教唱为主。其实我一直比较挣扎,到底应该怎样处理更适合玩一玩的课程模式。肖老师的引领课上完后,我结合了自己身上的不足。

首先,语言上我没有办法赶上师傅,因为我知道自己的课堂语言一直都不太精练;

其次,组织教学上我无法应对及时改变的课堂。

我大多时候是去备这份教案,而没有了本色的特点,致使我无法超越自己,总在所有的条条框框内进行。不敢想象我自己去上这一课,会呈现怎样的课堂。我又归纳了教案,抓住自己上课的一些特点,把整个教案的顺序进行了颠倒,把玩放在了前面,学放在了后面。通过表演、做游戏、师生互动和学生展示,让学生在轻松的课堂里学习了新知识。

一节课下来,我感受到学生们是快乐的!在这样的课堂里每个人都充分发挥自己的角色,显示出自己的重要性,参与了活动并且学会了学习。我得到了^领`导的表扬,却带来更多的深思。对于这样的教学模式,我想今后的过程中我要有更多的挑战与摸索,不只是“玩一玩”,怎样在课堂中体现现代教学的课程标准,针对低年段的学生,怎样应用随机的教学方法将是我无比宽广的探索过程。

课堂上教师注重讲授,在如何将知识,技能讲清楚上做文章,下功夫,学生只要全神贯注的听,就能完成学习任务,教师细致入微的讲解代替了学生的感悟和认识。因此,学生始终处在被动接受的地位,倾听成为学生最重要的学习方法,学生还需要动脑筋思考吗我们培养的是有终身学习能力的人,必须让孩子善于发现问题,学会独立思考,解决问题,掌握科学的学习方法,这是最重要的。

用剪纸的方法,有主题的来表现十二生肖是本节课的教学内容,设计时先画后剪,画很重要,画时要抓住生肖动物的外形特征,类似剪影的效果,然而光靠教师不断强调,教学效果不佳,于是我设计了这样的环节:

先让学生自由的画出动物的外形,请几位学生在黑板上绘画,接着我来进行修改,我轻轻擦去所有生肖动物的五官、身上的花纹,只剩下外轮廓,有点象影子的效果,我再请学生观察黑板上的生肖动物还象吗有的还象,有的却面目全非了,我趁势发问:“为什么擦去一部分后,有的生肖动物还能那么明显,而有的却看不出来了呢”学生开始思考起来,经过激烈的讨论,达成了共识:剪纸生肖动物绘制的关键是五官、花纹,而是外形,要想剪出的动物更生动有趣,更要突出、夸张的表现动物的外形特征如,大的更大,长的更长,才能使动物的形象栩栩如生……不需要教师将答案直接呈现给学生,而是给他们自主探究的空间,通过思考和讨论,他们自己就能发现问题,并找到答案,在接下来的教学中,学生也就格外注意得之不易的制作要领,掌握的更迅速准确,教学成效更加显著。

我觉得教学中就应该让学生多些思考,自己去发现问题的关键,这个过程也许比结果更有意义,剪纸因其材料(纸)和所用工具(剪刀、和刻刀)决定了它自己的艺术特色,它的造型全凭淳朴的感情与直觉的印象基础,因此形成单纯、简洁、明快的特殊风格,表现出人们的审美爱好,并含蕴着民族的社会深层心理,成为中国最具特色的民间传统装饰艺术之一,其造型特点尤其值得研究。然而,多数的教师、家长鼓励学生追求现代、时尚、新颖的艺术表现形式,如儿童油彩、漫画、卡通画、电脑绘画等,对于民间艺术的热爱,笔者利用美术教学的契机,对剪纸艺术的课程及教学进行了一些尝试。建议及做法:

随着世界知识的交融和共通,人们都在追寻运用高科技表现的现代艺术形式,另类,前卫充斥着我们的眼球,传统的民间的工艺似乎成了落后、庸俗的象征,嗤之以鼻。现代和传统真的成了对立的吗然而究竟何种艺术更具生命力呢我个人认为,中国作为历史悠久,文化底蕴丰厚的文明古国,为何要舍弃自身的优势俗话说,民族的才是世界的,只有具备自身的特色的艺术才能焕发生机和活力。我喜欢传统艺术,大学时就选修了国画、书法、篆刻、版画、民间工艺等学科,总觉得那些独具东方魅力,民间特色的艺术形式传承着中国千年的文化底蕴,那样珍贵,值得继承发展。

对于教学中有关传统民间艺术的篇幅更是情有独钟,如十二生肖(剪纸)、戏剧脸谱、彩灯、风筝等等我都渴望尽可能多的了解他们的渊源,艺术风格,并在生活中不断学习加深对传统文化的认识,记得一次外出旅游,我看到当地老人卖剪纸作品,那些形象生又满皱纹的手看不出任何特别之处,我心里甚至有些怀疑,她能剪吗只见她一把剪刀在手,取来一张红纸,不需要什么构图,转眼一直啼鸣的公鸡就应运而生,真是神了,我好奇的问,“你学过绘画吗”老人摇摇头,“那你怎么剪得这么像呢”老人指着那只公鸡说,“鸡在心里,你看影子像就行!“影子”哦,我才醒悟过来原来老人说的是外形,她早已把鸡的外形熟记于心了。的确,看看周围的剪纸作品大多是些动物和花卉,它们的外形都很生动,甚至夸张,在外轮廓形象的基础上,内部又进行了装饰和美化,虽然这些剪纸作品算不上高深有创意,但很适合小学生的*作和表现。看,花钱既买到了剪纸作品,又得到了些剪纸的窍门真是值得呀!

本节课在导入新课时,我设计用猜谜的形式,把全班学生的积极性都调动起来,同学们的参与热情也很高,从而引出十二生肖是指哪十二种动物?

授课时,先展示课前收集的一些精美的古代生肖作品,一一呈现在学生的眼前。通过分析作者是抓住生肖动物什么特征?最大创意在哪儿?充分让学生感受到生肖文化的魅力,从而发展学生热爱中国的传统文化。在欣赏完古代生肖作品后,为了让学生更清楚地知道:要完成好一件生肖作品,必须要抓住该生肖动物最突出的特征。我是这样设计:观察老师现场作画的几种生肖简笔画,说说老师画得像吗?从哪儿看出老师画得像?从而引导学生认识到:只有抓住该动物的特征,并让它大的更大,长的更长,使该生肖动物更形象生动(这也是本课的重点)。同时,老师现场作画,即展现老师的基本功,又吸引学生的注意力,使课堂效率更高。

本节课突显课改新理念。语文渗透了拟人、夸张等修辞手法;数学利用12年等于一个轮回,来计算、推算年龄;思想教育体现在发展学生热爱祖国传统文化,通过对“龙”的观察,引导学生认识到我们都是龙的传人,期盼海峡两岸早日大团圆,进行爱国主义教育。

这节课我始终坚持对学生的闪光点,哪怕一点小小的成功都应该用激励性语言给予肯定,使学生时时刻刻感受到:我能行!让学生更愿意参与到教学活动中。在指导学生制作的环节中,我对每个人同学的创意都给予充分肯定,使学生更大胆去想象,富有创意的作品一件件应运而生。

本节课中能融合新课改的教育理念,关注、鼓励每一个学生,让学生在动眼、动手、动脑、动口的活动中,学会用彩泥制作十二生肖的方法,并能及时发现学生的闪光点,适时评价鼓励,充分体现了评价的激励、导向和调控功能,培养了学生的自信心,让学生时时刻刻感受到我能行、我最棒。当然,在其他教学环节中,还有些不完善的地方,比如:结尾部分太仓促了点。在今后教学中我将努力探索,进一步完善。

课堂上教师注重讲授,在如何将知识,技能讲清楚上做文章,下功夫,学生只要全神贯注的听,就能完成学习任务,教师细致入微的讲解代替了学生的感悟和认识。因此,学生始终处在被动接受的地位,倾听成为学生最重要的学习方法,学生还需要动脑筋思考吗?我们培养的是有终身学习能力的人,必须让孩子善于发现问题,学会独立思考,解决问题,掌握科学的学习方法,这是最重要的。用剪纸的方法,有主题的来表现十二生肖是本节课的教学内容,设计时先画后剪,画很重要,画时要抓住生肖动物的外形特征,类似剪影的效果,然而光靠教师不断强调,教学效果不佳,于是我设计了这样的环节:

先让学生自由的画出动物的外形,请几位学生在黑板上绘画,接着我来进行修改,我轻轻擦去所有生肖动物的五官、身上的花纹,只剩下外轮廓,有点象影子的效果,我再请学生观察黑板上的生肖动物还象吗?有的还象,有的却面目全非了,我趁势发问:“为什么擦去一部分后,有的生肖动物还能那么明显,而有的却看不出来了呢?”学生开始思考起来,经过激烈的讨论,达成了共识:剪纸生肖动物绘制的关键是五官、花纹,而是外形,要想剪出的动物更生动有趣,更要突出、夸张的表现动物的外形特征如,大的更大,长的更长,才能使动物的形象栩栩如生……

不需要教师将答案直接呈现给学生,而是给他们自主探究的空间,通过思考和讨论,他们自己就能发现问题,并找到答案,在接下来的教学中,学生也就格外注意得之不易的制作要领,掌握的更迅速准确,教学成效更加显著。我觉得教学中就应该让学生多些思考,自己去发现问题的关键,这个过程也许比结果更有意义,剪纸因其材料(纸)和所用工具(剪刀、和刻刀)决定了它自己的艺术特色,它的造型全凭淳朴的感情与直觉的印象基础,因此形成单纯、简洁、明快的特殊风格,表现出人们的审美爱好,并含蕴着民族的社会深层心理,成为中国最具特色的民间传统装饰艺术之一,其造型特点尤其值得研究。然而,多数的教师、家长鼓励学生追求现代、时尚、新颖的艺术表现形式,如儿童油彩、漫画、卡通画、电脑绘画等,对于民间艺术的热爱,笔者利用美术教学的契机,对剪纸艺术的课程及教学进行了一些尝试。

随着世界知识的交融和共通,人们都在追寻运用高科技表现的现代艺术形式,另类,前卫充斥着我们的眼球,传统的民间的工艺似乎成了落后、庸俗的象征,嗤之以鼻。现代和传统真的成了对立的吗?然而究竟何种艺术更具生命力呢?我个人认为,中国作为历史悠久,文化底蕴丰厚的文明古国,为何要舍弃自身的优势?俗话说,民族的才是世界的,只有具备自身的特色的艺术才能焕发生机和活力。?我喜欢传统艺术,大学时就选修了国画、书法、篆刻、版画、民间工艺等学科,总觉得那些独具东方魅力,民间特色的艺术形式传承着中国千年的文化底蕴,那样珍贵,值得继承发展。对于教学中有关传统民间艺术的篇幅更是情有独钟,如十二生肖(剪纸)、戏剧脸谱、彩灯、风筝等等我都渴望尽可能多的了解他们的渊源,艺术风格,并在生活中不断学习加深对传统文化的认识,记得一次外出旅游,我看到当地老人卖剪纸作品,那些形象生又满皱纹的手看不出任何特别之处,我心里甚至有些怀疑,她能剪吗?只见她一把剪刀在手,取来一张红纸,不需要什么构图,转眼一直啼鸣的公鸡就应运而生,真是神了,我好奇的问,“你学过绘画吗?”老人摇摇头,“那你怎么剪得这么像呢?”老人指着那只公鸡说,“鸡在心里,你看影子像就行!“影子”哦,我才醒悟过来原来老人说的是外形,她早已把鸡的外形熟记于心了。的确,看看周围的剪纸作品大多是些动物和花卉,它们的外形都很生动,甚至夸张,在外轮廓形象的基础上,内部又进行了装饰和美化。

虽然这些剪纸作品算不上高深有创意,但很适合小学生的*作和表现。看,花钱既买到了剪纸作品,又得到了些剪纸的窍门真是值得呀!

三、剧院里帮助演员排序的管理员今天生病没来,请小朋友帮助动物们排列好出场的顺序。

幼儿懂得在公共场合应注意的礼仪及文明,如不大声喧哗,要有秩序的排队。

活动导入部分,我采用了儿歌的形式,引起了幼儿的极大兴趣。同时也有一些难度,不仅要记住从前往后的顺序,还要清楚从后往前的位置排列,这对幼儿来说是一大挑战,对幼儿也进行了记忆力的培养。在整个学习活动中,始终以幼儿为主体,发挥教师的主导作用,引导。启发幼儿探索,来调动每个幼儿思维的积极性。通过让幼儿动口。动手。动脑,积极主动地参与活动,给幼儿一个自由空间,让幼儿自主操作,体验成果,让他们在操作中获得知识经验,发展各种能力,培养兴趣,达到目标,并且能进一步巩固它。在教育过程中,幼儿积极参与活动,能按要求正确说出序数排列的顺序。不足之处,孩子们互相讲的过程中,不够大胆,今后在这方面还需多加引导。

《生肖》教学反思与评价篇十一

综合活动《十二生肖》给我和孩子 们留下了深刻的印象。这节课主要要求幼儿掌握十二生肖的排序和了解有关生肖的知识,我由幼儿都熟悉的小动物——蛇,也是十二生肖一员来引入主题,由他们说出十二生肖的各个成员,再由故事和儿歌来帮助他们记忆顺序。

活动开始,我以我的生肖图片介绍自己的属相引出课题,让孩子觉得自然,易于接受。因为孩子也都有自己的属相,易于激发他们说的兴趣。接着让孩子 们讲述自己父母的生肖,孩子 们都踊跃发言,“我爸爸属马、我妈妈属虎、奶奶属牛……”,生肖动物都被说了出来,人的属相有那些啊?数数一共有几只?十二只,那你知道十二生肖是怎么排列的吗?这个问题稍稍难住了孩子 们,只有姚志豪、李映雪几位孩子 举起了手回答“鼠排第一,”“请小朋友们听老师讲一个关于十二生肖的故事,你们就知道了”有几位孩子 在听过故事之后知道了鼠排在第一,猪排在最后。

儿歌《十二生肖歌》,帮助孩子 们理清生肖的顺序,我们先记住了最先和最后的生肖“鼠第一,猪最后”因为孩子 们已经通过故事知道并记住了。儿歌主要是帮助幼儿理清其他生肖的排列顺序,看着已经排好的生肖图片和与之相对应数字,孩子们很容易就能记住了。

最后是游戏环节,孩子们每人代表一只生肖排列顺序,孩子们非常的喜欢和兴奋,调动了他们的积极性,也帮助他们很好的巩固了他们所学的生肖顺序。

当然,这节课还有许多的细节处理的不够理想,比如,在帮十二生肖排列的时候,我由于事前考虑不周到,所以把生肖和数字分别排在了黑板的两侧,这样导致的直接后果就是我必须两边跑,浪费了不少时间,在过程上也就不紧凑了。还有在开始的提问技巧方面,还不能很好的随即应变,不能收放自如。以后还要多多学习,多多实践。

《生肖》教学反思与评价篇十四

安排每一组讲一节示范课,这一节课已经告诉了很久了,但是我一直没有准备,说实话,一个是真心不想讲,另外一个也是工作忙碌,课多杂事太多,抽不出时间去准备。在上个周末实在是没有办法,就在上周,整整消耗了我周六周日两天的时间才完成课件的制作。

有趣的生肖邮票,这一课比较偏后,但知识前后无关联,也是为了以后如果再有讲课,能够不用再麻烦了。这一课的内容,学生喜欢,也很有趣,但是由于邮票现在的利用率很低,生活中不常见,学生接触的少,对于这堂课的教学也是一个难点。中国的生肖文化传承了20xx多年,在这一课当中,我想尽量让学生了解生肖文化,邮票的知识,所以这一节课涉及的有关生肖有关邮票的知识内容非常多,本课是属于设计应用领域,学以致用,把美术和现代的生活联系起来,是美术教学的要求,为了让大家体验到邮票的作用,我专门为学生设计了信封,并且在课前让学生给家长写一封信。

为了上好这一节课,我课前搜集了大量的图片和视频资料。为了让大家了解生肖,有生肖的表现技法和生肖中国文化的内涵。引领学生体会感悟,设计的方寸之美,能够开发学生的创造潜能。本节课我从动感的人物,让学生发现,动起来的人物是有线条变化的,然后引导学生从线条开始观察,让学生明白线条在美术方面的造型作用。培养学生的观察能力,造型能力,学会用简单的线条进行表现事物的形象。然后从生肖入手,让学生明白生肖的文化,生肖所代表的吉祥幸福的寓意。十二生肖的表现技法,让学生明白十二生肖可以用简化,概括,几何图形,拟人等不同的手法技法来表现,学生可以自主选择个人喜欢的方式来塑造生肖形象。

为了让学生了解更多的邮票知识,在这一环节,我设计了许多和邮票相关的内容,让学生自主选择想要了解的知识,自主学习才能激发学生的学习动力,这一环节学生很踊跃,都选择自己想了解的内容,在看的过程中,也非常认真。有一个环节,我发现两名学生说话,然后看完视频,我就请这个说话的同学起来回答问题,然后给予语言提示,让其认真听课。然后这两名学生听课一直很认真,认真思考,积极举手。通过选择学习,学生对邮票的知识有了更多的了解,也为制作邮票奠定了知识基础。在中国发行的三套邮票和外国的一些生肖邮票欣赏环节,这一环节因为时间关系,没敢更多的开展,让学生去分析生肖的造型,构图方式,色彩的要素,以及整张邮票生肖给人的感觉。匆忙了一些。示范环节,我尽量示范了完整的绘画构图色彩,装饰过程,添加面值和发行单位,让学生明白一张完整的邮票需要完成的内容。同学看得很认真,欣赏学生作业环节让学生看兔子的不同表现方式,目的是学生可以自主表现生肖的形象。最后拓展环节展示了生肖的不同表现方式,剪纸,书法,泥塑等等,让学生明白,还可以用其他方式来表现生肖邮票,为制作邮票提供更多的设计思路。

课前做了很多的尝试,因为视频时间过长,我删了又删,压缩了又压缩,把五六分钟的微课视频压缩到2分钟之内。今天早上起来临上课前,我又删掉了5张幻灯片,就是为了尽量把讲课的时间压缩,留给学生更多的实践机会。

提起微课,我还要感谢泰安的王晓蕙老师。在去年支教的时候,王晓蕙老师教会了我们如何做微课。每一次利用微课教学,我就想起王老师,对她的感激之情一直充盈满怀。王老师高前沿的教学思想,高超的教学技能,对学生真心真意的付出,无微不至的关心,热情的为人,谦和的态度,无私的付出,留给我很深的印象,这才是真正的名师风范,为师当做她这种类型的教师。微课的利用对我们的课堂教学很有帮助,教学内容不但更加形象直观,而且教学重难点更加突出。学生也非常感兴趣,如果有不会的,还可以重新点开观看,有利于学生反复学习。刚学会做微课的时候,我特别痴迷,把教材上的许多课程做成了微课,虽然做微课时辛苦了些,但对于班级重复的上课,很大程度上减轻了老师的工作量。但是做微课是一个很大的工作量,需要很多的时间精力。对课多忙碌的老师是一种沉重的。上个学期就没做,现在因为讲课又把需要的重点内容做成的微课。对于微课资源,其实最好的办法就是有一群人能够组成一个团队,开发一些系统的微课,这样有利于减轻老师们的工作量,还能提高教学效果。

不足之处,这节课没有展开尽情的讲,也没有敢让学生过多的去回答问题和发言,对于学生的语言评述机会少了很多。记得听浙江的名师讲课,他们的课堂时间都能上到一个多小时,课堂上学生的语言评述能力得到充分的锻炼,课堂也非常的精彩,而在我们北方课堂的时间卡到40分钟,如果超过40分钟,就是一票否决。如果讲的太多,最后的作业环节就只能是半成品,或者直接呈现,这不利于学生动手操作。在试讲的时候,我在一个班级展开了讲,结果讲完了,还剩不到十分钟的时间,学生根本没有时间练习。这一节课本来是两课时完成,但是为了课堂展示,只能压缩到一节课,讲的时间少,学生操作的时间就多,所以只能取这种方式来进行上课。作业展示环节,应该有更多的作业展板,最好能全部学生的作品参与到展览之中,这样对于每个学生是比较公平的,也有利于展示自我树立自信心,增加学生学习的兴趣。学生模仿老师的示范,不利于学生的创作。学生的分组讨论时间老是也没有听取各组的讨论情况,学生参与情况,缺乏合作学习的机会。如果能布置分组完成一套完整的生肖邮票也是不错的选择。

《生肖的联想》属于造型〃表现和设计〃应用学习领域,因此,在教学过程中我主要从两个方面入手,一是:了解什么是联想,联想应用的领域以及怎样联想;二是:将十二生肖其中的动物形象通过联想运用不同的材料工具予以表现,体现不同的材质所表现出的十二生肖所不同的审美情趣。

本次授课,课前我能认真备课,努力设计好教学中的每个环节。授课时,教态自然大方,教学思路清晰,语言贴切。

本节课的教学有以下几个亮点:

1、本课程设计三个谜语的导入,猜谜语是少年儿童最喜欢的游戏,我充分利用学生的年龄特点,根据本课内容设计有趣的谜语作为课堂导入。能使学生对本课能够产生兴趣,从而调动学生积极性。让学生认识到,文字可以让我们产生联想。通过直观的感受到文字可以产生联想后,设计连环问题,图形、图案甚至具体的事物也是可以让我们产生联想,并通过图片感受。。

2、教学环节中能巧妙地应用材料本身特点,设计的问题环节以及配合的图例分析能层层推进,突出本课重点——联想。

学生能在分析,制作过程中积极主动参与,这个过程也是学生自主学习探索的过程,并突破本节课的难点。

3、课程设计了两组练习。一是:在教师的引领下,独立动手制作尝试并完成红萝卜的设计,可以模仿可以创新,以学生的发展为本,从而尊重每个学生的个性发展和动手实践的能力。二是:合作探究学习,在教学中我采用分组活动,合作完成的学习形式,积极参与课堂活动中去,学生对这种新型的课堂学习是非常欢迎的,因而在整个教学过程中,师生的合作也是非常融洽而成功的,这些因素有效地激发了学生探究创新能力的发挥。课堂教学一定要以发挥学生的主体作用,以培养和提高学生的探究创新能力,以提高学生的整体素质为根本。

4、在教学中,图片里所有设计让学生直观的看,让学生自己去说设计创意,让学生在每个环节都能积极动脑筋,积极主动的参与到课程中来。包括两组课堂练习也是让学生自己谈谈创意以及优缺点。突出体现了学生的主体地位,充分让学生在课堂上动起来。教师起到引导作用。

5、教师给予学生做出的设计作品以肯定、评价,并给最有创意以及最特别表现的作品颁发奖状以此鼓励学生。让学生的学习得到教师的肯定。使得本节课得到升华。最后,回归本课重点,怎样联想。

本节课如果重新构建,我还可以完善一下几个方面:

1、课程设计中如果加入十二生肖的历史的适当介绍,会让课程更加充实。

2、平时授课时多注意积累优秀的作品,并挖掘能真正让人眼前一亮的“另类”作品,真正意义上做到创新!

3、用学生的习作来充实教学资源,通过欣赏分析学生的优秀作品,让学生能积极投入到本节课中。

3、在学生合作制作过程中发现学生并不会真正意义上的合作。今后在合作学习时要有针对性的培养学生学会交往,更好的培养学生的团队意识。
