change is the chinese goddess of the moon. the lunar exploration-orbiting spacecraft change 1 is named after her.
according to legend, change and her husband houyi were immortals living in heaven. one day, the ten sons of the jade emperor transformed into ten suns, causing the earth to scorch. having failed to order his sons to stop ruining the earth, the jade emperor summoned houyi for help. houyi, using his legendary archery skills, shot down nine of the sons, but spared one son to be the sun. the jade emperor was obviously not pleased with houyis solution to save the earth: nine of his sons were dead. as punishment, the jade emperor banished houyi and change to live as mere mortals on earth.
seeing that change felt extremely miserable over her loss of immortality, houyi decided to journey on a long, perilous quest to find the pill of immortality so that the couple could be immortals again. at the end of his quest he met the queen mother of the west who agreed to give him the pill, but warned him that each person would only need half the pill to become immortal.
houyi brought the pill home and stored it in a case. he warned change not to open the case and then left home for a while. change became too curious: she opened up the case and found the pill just as houyi was returning home. she either accidentally or purposely swallowed the pill. she started to float into the sky because of the overdose. change kept on floating until she landed on the moon.
while she became lonely on the moon without her husband, she did have company，a jade rabbit.

its a very common and healthy way for people to eat vegetables planted by themselves. i think theyre mostly based on the considerations that the environment we live in has been polluted heavily and there are severe food security problems in china. people are fearing that they may get sick by eating polluted food outside.
do people like houses attached with garden?
firstly, i guess its because people are like rare things as there is a huge population in china and people are mostly live in apartments, it is very seldom for people to live in a house with garden. the second reason i can think of is that nowadays people mostly work among skyscrapers and itll be very comfortable and released for them to see green stuff back home.
you often go to visit gardens?
no, not really, i think thats probably because there are few gardens in the downtown area.
there any houses or apartments with gardens?
yes, there are houses with individual gardens and they are mostly in the rural area. as for apartments, usually there is a garden in the middle of the neighborhood.
houses, is there any other types of housing with gardens?
eh, no, i don’t think so. i only know about apartments and houses
about organic food?
organic food is very popular nowadays because people today pay more attention on healthy, natural and nutritive food material.
which occasion would people use flowers to decorate in china?
on occasions when people move into a new house or a important guest in coming to pay a visit.

when you visit a patient in the hospital or pay respect to the dead in a cemetery.
parks sell tickets?
no, i dont think its reasonable for parks to sell tickets cause parks are public green space for people who live nearby to walk and get some fresh air. and its usually constructed and run by government, which means citizens have already paid for it by taxes. so, i dont think its appropriate for parks to sell tickets. they should be free to the public.

when talking about this topic, the first one that comes to my mind must be hey jude. it is a classic song by the beatles.
it is a song written by paul. when his friend john divorced, he feared that john’s little son julian could be upset because of his parents’ marriage. therefore, he wrote the song to julian to encourage him to face the difficulties in life and never give up. in some parts of the song, paul also told some stories between him and his girlfriend. therefore, at first, many people thought this song was for his girlfriend, and even julian himself didn’t know this song was written for him.
in terms of the reason why i think this song is interesting, as i mentioned earlier, when i listened to this song for the first time, i thought it was a song for a girl. after my classmate told me the story behind it, i was surprised.
to be honest, at first, i was inspired by this song. i thought this song was trying to tell me that i should love myself even though i faced some problems which made me lose self-esteem. what’s more, this song also shows us the spirit of the beatles---the world is simple, and we just need love.

whether we like it or not, advertisement has been pouring into our daily life. they are so powerful that some people believe that it is not the needs of people but the power advertisement that makes commodities popular. personally i dont agree with this opinion.
first, lets make clear what the real needs of people are. real needs can be divided into two categories: the material satisfaction and spiritual satisfaction. people tend to regard material satisfaction as real needs and spiritual satisfaction as waste of money and time. this is not true. some commodities may not be useful but they can give the owner a kind of satisfaction.
second, lets make clear the reason why advertisement is powerful. the key principle of advertisers is to grasp the needs of consumers, then pass the potential consumers the information that their commodities can meet your need. advertisers can promote the needs of people, exploit the needs or even produce the needs of people. but whatever they do, it will be based on the needs of people.
but there are some advertisements that exaggerate the functions of the commodities to tell the wrong information to consumers. they make the commodities popular by cheating the majority of consumers. and also there are some commodities that do harm to the health of consumers and to the society. for example, smoking is poisonous, but the advertisements try to make a heroic image of the smokers, as the result smoking is popular among young men who are dreaming to become heroes in womens eyes. but such advertisements are minorities.
in summary, advertisements bring us convenience to choose the commodities that can meet our needs. most of the commodities are popular due to their usefulness, only some of them are due to the influence of advertisement.
