足球是少年儿童非常喜欢的体育活动。足球运动能全面发展人的身体素质,增强人的体质。培养少年儿童的身心。抓住足球运动的特点及儿童的心理特点,开展教学,会取得良好的效果。在教学中我始终按照以下为教学流程来指导教学:兴趣导入——熟悉球性——合作学练——放松身心——评价小结。如脚内侧踢球是足球技术中最基本也是最常用的一种动作方法,根据小学生的特点,我先采用模仿练习,先是无球的模仿练习,接着是有球的练习。体会摆动腿以髋关节为轴,大腿带动小腿的摆动方法。但是由于小学生独有的特点,对动作的完整概念往往不能理解,这就导致不同错误的发生。如:踢球腿的膝盖和脚尖外转不够,踝关节放松,脚尖没有翘起,身体不会协调用力,脚型控制不好等等,鉴于这些错误的发生。我让学生,两人一组,一人用脚踩球,另一人做原地或上一步的踢球练习。并且踢球力量不要过猛,主要体会支撑脚的选位和摆动腿的摆动动作。而且还编了口诀“脚尖向上翘,大腿往外翻,踢球踢中部,传球方向正”出处。让学生对技术动作的要领更加的清楚、牢记。
在教学中,我以小组为单位,对每个小组在每个教学环节的学习情况作出及时评价,有利于学生及时清楚自己的学习状态,有效的提高了学习气氛,调动了学生的学习积极性。值得我注意的是,学生具有个体差异性,不能按照个别学生的要求去要求他们,而是应该以大多数学生的实际情况去要求他们,制定符合学生发展的教学目标和教学计划,这样才能因材施教,得到最好的教学效果。在学生的练习情况方面,练习的量稍微小了些,这是我在今后的课程中需要注意的。尤其是在技术性教学中,我忽略的学生的练习,过多的让学生了解技术动作的要领。我觉得对小学生的要求,不应过急,练习应循序渐进,打牢基本功,才会取得技术方面的更加进步。我相信通过教学—观察—反思—教学,这样的教学才能有所进步和发展。

由于我在课前与学生一起上网欣赏过了马拉多纳和贝克汉姆等足球明星的风采,故当教师出示马拉多纳和贝克汉姆的模拟人像时,学生异常惊喜,他们的注意力一下子被吸引过来了。当教师问他们靠什么成为足球明星时,学生思维活跃,争先抢答。当教师问学生是否愿意成为足球明星时,学生情绪高涨,兴趣一下子被调动起来。
让学生自由组合,比较符合学生的心理特点,让他们有自由选择的权利。根据哨声组队,可以让学生有更多的机会与他人合作,形式多样,组合随意,学生乐意,真正体现学生主体原则。小学生的思维一下子被打开,各种玩法应运而生,有的甚至于超出了教师的想象。播放歌曲《大家一起来》,使场上气氛活跃,有如身临赛场。
教师在设计教案时,为了充分尊重学生的选择,发挥学生主观能动性,教师请学生上来展示,结果,被点名的学生上来没有按照教师的意愿进行。为了真正体现学生为主体的原则,教师随机应变,按学生的意愿进行教学。
教学组织形式采用分组,并让学生发挥想象,用各种形式进行扣篮练习,充分体现学生主体地位。该内容是本课的重点部分,由于学生第一次接触射门,学生激动、兴奋,所以更需要教师巡回指导,并参与其中,运用激励性语言,不断鼓励学生,创设展示机会,使学生有成就感。根据学生差异,让学生自行选择高度,体现以生为本。
深受学生的喜爱,通过比赛使学生的积极性被调动起来,情绪高涨。由于这个“龙在行动”的游戏平时经常练习,所以学生很熟练地完成。这类团体比赛,能很好地培养学生的合作精神。教师仔细观察比赛过程,及时评判与总结。
因此在体育教学中,加强学生的合作学习对从小培养学生的合作意识和精神具有深远的影响。在进行“拼字母”游戏时,教师并没有教学生如何合作,而是让学生自己开动脑筋,生与生互动,在探究中学会合作,学会相互配合。整个教学过程是在优美轻松的音乐中进行的,放松了学生的心情。
