很高兴能有机会在这里参加竞聘，我叫李雪见。今天我要竞聘的职位是广播站副站长。广播站是学校的主要宣传阵地之一，是学校与学生交流的平台，过去的一年里，广播站在委员们的直接领导下，在校团委、校学生会的密切配合下，积极开展各项工作，成功的完成了十佳主持人大赛和校运会的广播宣传等工作。

今天，我之所以竞选广播站副站长这个职位，是因为有以下两大优势：

1、熟练掌握了广播器材的使用。对广播音响器材、仪器设备的使用、维护、管理等方面都有较强的优势。

2、良好的伙伴关系。由于我工作态度认真负责，办事能力较强，加上我的性格开朗，乐于交友，与同学友好相处。这对于我以后的工作开展有很大的帮助。另外，我也曾在去年的圣诞晚会上进行的演讲《to our mother school》。同时，也得到了同学和老师的认可。

如果我当选广播站副站长，对于我个人将从以下三个原则严格要求自己：

1、服从原则，服从领导指挥。

2.实干原则，做好本职工作。

3.自律原则，起到一名学生干部的表率，不但工作要认真负责，学习也要积极上进。

同时，我将从以下几个方面进一步完善广播站的工作。

1、全面建设广播站。我将在上一届干部们的基础上，进一步完善广播站各个部门，全面建设广播站。当然，在工作中肯定会碰到许多新问题、新矛盾;面对这些新问题，新矛盾我会注意用“与时俱进，开拓创新”的思想来指导自己，用新眼光、新思路来解决这些问题。同时，我还会注意加强学习，努力提高自己各方面的修养，从而过一步完善自己、发展自己，为江山外国语学校广播站的茁壮成长奉献一份力量，这里，我需要大家的热情与支持!

love english ,so chose it as my like a perverb goes, love me ,love my dog. i chase everthing relate to english. then , i chose english boardcasting station of our college.
