新课程行进到今天,追求课堂教学的有效性成为共识。而智慧课堂则需要老师们的创造。我们认为:能发现并帮助每个学生克服学习方法的不足,展示学生的特长、增强学生解决问题的能力非常重要;以《数学课程标准》为依据,顺应小学生的心理与年龄特点,探索符合学生的学习方式和教师的教学方式,使问题解决成为发展学生思维发展的平台。对此,我们数学组成员在数学新课程改革实践中,针对数学课堂教学问题解决模式作了一番探索与尝试。市级课题《论小学生解决问题策略研究》、《对学生犯粗心病的研究》就是在这样的情况下产生的。

坚持以教学为中心,强化管理,进一步规范教学行为,并力求常规与创新的有机结合,促进教师严谨、扎实、高效、科学的良好教风及学生严肃、勤奋、求真、善问的良好学风的形成。管理上,努力体现以人为本的思想,要求每位教师对照有关制度,检查自己所有的职业表现是否规范、得体。由组长牵头,组员间互观交流,取长补短,加强随机教研。管理人员进课堂(通知听课、推门听课、跟踪听课),听课、看教案、查作业、查学生学习习惯、态度、效果等一条龙式的检查。坚持每二周一次的教研组活动,矫正疏漏,抛砖引玉,把常规工作抓严、抓细、抓实,促进教学管理的良性循环。

今天早上第一节课,是特殊的一节课,在上周三的时候我的指导老师就对我说,让我这周找一节我们高一地理组都没课的时间,然后让大家都去听我的课,给我指导一下。而我选在了今天的第一节课。这么多专业的地理老师一起去听我的课,是我有生以来的第一次,没有紧张是不可能的,紧张,担心。

这一节课还是新课的第一节课,我上了这么多节课后也有一定初步的感受,第一节新课,效果都不是特别好,所以第一节课一定要做好充分的准备。但我一定要上好这一节课,没有退路,也不能换课,所以只能提前多下功夫,提前把我要讲的教案给写好,然后昨天晚上的我没有事,我就选择前天晚上在找了一个空教室,提前把我要讲的知识点,给讲了一遍。

讲过之后觉得过程熟练了,前后的知识点也有了一定的联系,所以我觉得自己所不能说是胸有成竹,但也已经是信心倍增,不在有过多的担心,心态也就放平了。

早上我又早早的来到了办公室,把我要讲的知识给完善了一下,快要上课的时候,我们办公室的老师也差不多都来齐了,我就邀请我的指导老师其听我的课。然后,我的指导老师说:“第一节课,行。”然后,转头对我们地理组的其他老师说:“第一节课高飞有课,我们一起去听一下,然后,帮她指导一下。”

之后我便先去教室,做好准备上课前的工作,紧接着,我们地理组的老师们,也就都一起去了。生平第一次被这么多的老师听课,即使是准备过的课,也依旧是有一些紧张。开始的第一句话就是未想清楚就脱口而出的,说了两遍这才表达清楚。

对新课的引入我是通过让学生回顾上节的知识点,来引入新课。在这里我设计了一个小的互动,针对地方时的计算,我出了一道题,找了一位学生在黑板上演示,他做的很正确,我就让他讲了一下他的做题思路。接着我又出了一个和区时有关的计算,这个有点难度,我就找了我的课代表来做,给的时间其他同学都做完了,可她依然没有做出来。所以,我就让她先下去了。后来我的指导老师给我评的时候说,让学生回答问题,她没能及时回答出来,应该多些耐心,给她一些指导。其他同学都做出来了,就他没能做出来,她可能是一时间紧张所以给忘了。我发现这点我确实做的不到位。之后,我又带领着大家,把这两道题的过程给讲了一下。

导入到此结束,之后我用“之前我们一直都在学地球的自转,这一节课我们来一起学习地球的公转”进行转折。在这里我穿插了一个演示地球自转的同时绕太阳公转的活动。我找这两个同学演示是有原因的,因为他们俩同桌,每次上课都爱说话,从我第一次开始上课他们就说,一直到现在,所以就想找一个机会让他们融入课堂当中,结果他们也确实没有让我失望,演示的很到位。教研的时候,我们地理组的老师也夸他们俩演示的的很好。

上课当中,有点紧张,所以有口误。讲课时语言不是太严谨,比如160°e,读作:东经160,我却是直接读:160e。所以细节要纠正,对自己负责,也是对自己的学生负责。板书太紧凑,字体太小,后面的学生不易看清,写的也拥挤。

对讲课的知识点的原理讲解的不够透彻,这也是我知识储备不足的原因,知识点衔接不是很到位,这一点其实我早就知道,但是这一点并不是一时半会能弥补的,但我一定要一步一步的去改正。

对有些知识点过得太快,缺少讲练结合,在讲完知识点后,紧接着出一道练习题,扩宽他们的视野,对黄赤交角的存在可以动手演示一下,让他们理解的更深刻。

下课后,我的指导老师就组织我们所有的地理老师,一起去教研室开会去了,我们这次教研活动的主题就是我讲的这一节课《地球的公转》,这点让我很意外。在教研室,指导老师先让我写了我讲课的内容的大概。然后,就我讲课的的内容,耐心认真地指出我的不足。

在讲地球公转时的速度时,应该讲一些角速度和线速度是如何变化的,画图时,应把差别画得明显一些。这些不足在我上第二节课的时候,有了明显的改正,效果也相对第一节课要好很多。

在这一学期的教研活动学习中,我们综合组的全体教师的主要活动形式是上课、听课、评课;另外还开展了座谈会,读书摘记,学生书画、唱歌比赛等;而且我们还建立了博客,在博客上综合组的成员可以发表有关学科的一些知识内容,为科学、英语、音乐等教学开创了一条独具特色的道路。

本学期教研组的教课研活动开展得扎扎实实。我们在教研活动中相互讨论、相互争辩,活跃思维,以“他山之石”推进思维的深度。教研组的活动有效地激活了各学科的教学研究,营造了互动式的对话氛围,引起了教师个体之间的反思与共鸣,帮助教师实现理念的更新,观念的变革,行为的转变。现在人们常说的一句话:计划总是不如变化快。在教研活动开展的过程中,往往会出现意想不到或因估计不足而产生的问题,记得那次是我第一次在那么多的老师面前开课,所以特别慎重:教案改了又改,背了又背,结果课上下来还是很不好,尤其是课堂上实验交流时,很多学生根本没有在听,自顾自的。但我并没有因此气馁,接下来的日子里继续努力,在课堂管理上下功夫。

经过这一学期的教研活动,我学到了很多东西:学会了如何上好一堂课;学会了如何评课;学会了如何将听课中得到的信息及时地记录下来;学会了人与人之间的某些相处之道等。

总之,过去的已永远不再回来,且不代表未来,所以在以后的教研活动中我会扬长避短,虚心向全体教师学习,针对不同学生特点,对症下药,变换教学思路,在教研活动中全身心投入到新教法的研讨实践中去,逐步提高自身教育教学素质,提高教学效率。

作为一名新教师,每次上课之前关注自己的教案和课堂时间的分配,所以课堂上我很少注意学生的各种表现;还有由于刚刚接受教学任务,对于时间的分配不够合理,有时忙得一团糟,以致影响我的教学过程。所以下学期,我打算把课堂管理的重心放在学生的表现上,如听课效果、发言情况、纪律情况,尤其是学生的课堂纪律,我一定得下功夫狠狠地抓一抓。作为班主任,我打算寒假期间整理好班级里的一些事,下学期开学就可以和学生很快融入到学习的氛围中。在管理过程中,我继续要求自己做到赏罚分明。

1、每次教研活动的准备工作要充分,只有听课、上课、评课都有充分的准备,才能使参与活动的教师都有所收获,不会为活动而活动。

2、教研活动要因人而异,针对不同的教师,指定不同的活动要求,安排的内容要有变化。这样才能各取所需、各得其所,从而提高教师参与活动的积极性。

3、可以多安排一些竞赛类的活动,汉字书写比赛、学科设计比赛、教学反思比赛等。通过比一比,让教师提高兴趣。

总之,教研活动不是单纯的听课和评课,而重在一个“研”字,不但要研究教师,还要研究学生。研究教师的教法、教学思维等;研究学生的学法、基本技能等。

教育现实中,分数不仅是学生的命根子,也成为衡量老师、学校的重要标准。在现实中,我们无法回避应试教育。但是任何事情都是有规律可循,须讲求科学的。这些都和老师在平时工作中扎实的功夫、作风,科学的探究分不开,尤其是与各位老师在实践中总结出的“一讲、一背、一默、一练、一请”的有效复习模式分不开。既增强了课堂教学的针对性和有效性,又极大的节省了学生的课余时间,提高了教与学的效率。

今年是新课程实施以来的力度的一次。到底该怎么改,我们并没有底。但日常的教学中始终贯彻新课程要求,注重讲透教材,实现“三维目标”,应当说为学生打下了扎实的基础。结合复习要求,帮助学生组构章节知识体系,重视知识与能力的整合;适度关注热点问题与相关历史知识的联系;加强对主观题解题思路和解题方法的培养,提高学生审题、解题的能力;提高学生的复习效率等一系列工作至关重要。备课组老师做了大量的工作,尤其是还时常与学生进行思想交流,增强学生的紧迫意识。

本学期里历史教研组在前进,在提高,各位老师忙碌又充实,实实在在做了很多事,但是在及时总结教育教学的经验,反思教学等方面做得还不够,如何教研相长,以研促教,有待进一步思考、实践。希望历史组全体同仁继续努力,让我们的工作更上一个台阶!

光阴荏苒,伴随着课程改革的阵阵热潮,又一个充满挑战、富有收获的学期结束了。回顾我们丁村中学语文教研组本学期所走过的足迹,不难看出,我们的步伐迈得踏实、稳健、有力,既有值得继续发扬光大的成绩,更有应该引以为戒的不足。现总结如下:

本学年我校的`语文教研工作在学校教导处的领导下,在教研处研具体组织下,认真贯彻学校教学改革基本思想,围绕“聚焦教学,让课堂焕发生命活力”这一总目标,以抓好课程改革和课堂教学为重点。开展了丰富多彩的教研活动,努力把新课标的理念贯彻落实到实际教学当中。

1、继续认真组织教师学习了新课程标准,转变了广大语文教师教学观念。采取集中与分散相结合的灵活多样的学习方式,使我们的教师更加深入地理解掌握了新课程的基本理念:全面提高学生的语文素养,正确把握语文教育的特点,积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,努力建设开放而有活力的语文课程。通过学习,教师们的教育教学观念有了很大的转变。大家深深体会到:当一名语文教师不易,当一名优秀的语文教师更不易,不加强学习,是必定要在新课改中落伍,甚至被淘汰的。语文学科涉及的知识面广泛,它对教师提出了更高的要求,因循守旧的教法已不能适应新课程标准的要求了。

改革教学模式势在必行,本学年每位语文教师都加强了对“语文教学表演性理论”的了解和学习,增大了课堂容量,提高了学生学习兴趣,取得了良好教学效果。广大教师互相学习,取长补短。改革了“满堂灌”的课堂教学模式,注重了培养学生的创新意识及实践能力,讲练结合,以读代讲,重感悟,真正做到了讲准、讲活、讲得精要,学懂、学会、学得轻松。教研课后认真评课、认真分析,达到了共同提高教育教学能力的目的。

2、加强了学生书写训练,认真上好了写字课,并且要求全校学生每天认真书写50个以上的钢笔字,学生书写水平有了很大提高。

3、加强了学生课外阅读的训练,这一点从同学们摘抄本上丰富的课外知识就不难看出,通过学生们对课外知识的积累与运用,学生的课外知识丰富了,阅读能力和写作水平都有了很大提高。

经过全体老师的共同努力,我校教研工作取得了较大成绩。广大语文教师端正了教学思想,教学观念得到了转变,教学技能和教育教学水平有了较大提高。语文教学“少、慢、差、费”的现象也得到了不同程度的改变。

由于我校是一所农村中学,教研水平整体上还不高,部分教师的教学技能还较差,教学观念还较落后,使用现代教学技术手段还不够熟练。班级之间语文教学质量差距较大,发展不平衡,教师“满堂灌”现象时有发生,学生被动接受的陈腐教学观念和陈旧的语文课堂教学结构尚未彻底革除。许多学生存在高分低能的现象。今后我们将继续努力,真正地一步一个脚印地朝前进。使我校语文教研工作更上一层楼,再上一个新台阶。

为加大课堂教学研究力度,实现学校教师的智慧共享,尽快探索出适合学校实际的语文学科课堂教学模式,促进教师的专业发展,从本学期9月份底开始,学校语文教研组举行“同课异构”教研活动,语文同课异构研修总结。

“同课异构”活动是要求任教同年级同学科的所有教师选取教材中的同一教学内容,各自研读教材,独立设计教学预案,然后分小组集体备课,在此基础上进行教学实践并展开讨论的一种教学研究活动。活动中,学校同一学科全体教师通过备课、说教学设计、上课、听课、评课等教研活动,让教师踏踏实实地经历“理解教材、独立设计、课堂实践、比较创新、总结提升”的过程。这一活动,一方面使授课教师能发现别人的长处,找到自己的不足,以此改进以后的教学。另一方面所有学科教师都能从中借鉴到许多新颖的做法,体验别人的教学风格和教学艺术,达到相互比较、扬长避短,资源共享,共同提高的目的,从而进一步推动课堂教学改革,大面积提升教学质量。

本学期9月份底,学校就制定了同课异构教研活动方案。中心校辅导站、各基点校教导主任,负责对同课异构教研工作的组织协调、管理指导。

1、组织动员:组织全体四年级语文教师了解开展“同课异构”教研活动的意义,明确活动安排及相关要求。

2、确定备课课题。

根据教学进度表选择四年级《猫》一课。

3、独立钻研,写好教学预案。

课题确定后,备课组成员根据自己的积累和智慧,积极主动地搜索相关的资料,精心研究教材,潜心钻研教学方法,设计最高水平的教学方案。使用的教学预案必须自己设计,使用具有自己特色的教学预案。

4、分组集体备课,集思广益。

本次活动以基点校为单位,分为四个小组进行组内集体备课。在基点校教导主任的主持下,各任课教师踊跃发言,畅谈自己的教学设计,并对他人的教学设计提出修改意见。辅导站教研员深入各小组进行教学理念和教学设计指导。

5、实施教学,集中听课。

本学期举行同课异构讲课时间定为10月27日上午在中心校听课,下午在团结点基点听课,并集中研讨交流,工作总结《语文同课异构研修总结》。要求全校同学科教师必须全部按时参加听课、评课活动。

6、互动研讨,总结提高。

首先由授课教师进行说课,说教学过程中比较成功的设计,说在授课过程中出现的问题及需要改进的方面。然后教研组内互动评课,要求评课教师敞开心扉,实事求是的评价授课教师,每位参加听课的教师都要分析授课教师的闪光点和值得商榷之处,优点要少谈,重点谈存在的问题和需要改进的设计。通过集体智慧的对比,找出需要完善的地方,让教师从不同角度领略了不同的教学功底、教学智慧和教学风格,从内心深处认识到不足,找到下一步自己努力的方向。

2、活动以基点备课组或教研组为单位进行,除了参加本教研组活动外,应尽可能多地参加其他教研组的活动。

3、要求四年级语文科教师都必须思想重视,人人做好讲课准备,体现“异构”的独特性、创新性、全员性,任何教师不能存在侥幸心理,随意从网上下载教学资料,应付本项活动。

开展“同课异构”活动首先有利于教师更好的理解课程标准,提高教学的有效性。“同课异构”中的“异构”不是目的而是一种手段,是通过不同的教师或者是同一个教师用不同的设计上同一节课这样的手段来帮助教师更好的理解课程标准、更好的把握适合不同教学内容的教学方法、更好的了解适合不同学生特点的教学情景、发现和改进平时教学中的一些低效甚至无效的教学方式等,来实现提高教学有效性的目的。而这些问题通过独自的思考很难得到透彻的理解并获得解决,但拿出来大家一起研讨后,很快就可以明确。正如苏霍姆林斯基所言:“任何一个教师都不可能是一切优点的全面的体现者,每一位教师都有他的优点,有别人所不具备的长处,能够在精神生活的某一个领域里比别人更突出、更完善地表现自己。”教师之间的这种差异性资源,在合作中得到了充分的利用。

其次开展“同课异构”活动还有利于教师的成长,促进教师的发展。“同课异构”活动为教师的成长提供研究案例,成功的教学有赖于教学者对教学情境的复杂性有充分的了解,并在教学现场进行有效率的教学决策。教师每天在课堂上做出无数的教学决定,而且通常是要依据当时复杂的现实情况来判断如何做最好,没有所谓的“正确的”或“单一的”最佳教学决定适用于所有的课堂。“同课异构”活动为教师这样的决策提供了讨论和学习的案例,从中我们可以发现有效与无效的教学活动,合理与不合理的教学情景等,这对教师的成长都有很大的好处。“同课异构”活动还为教师间的同伴互助提供了平台。不论是课前对课程标准的讨论还是课后对教学设计与效果的分析都是“同课异构”活动中教师得到发展的重要环节,在这些环节中教师之间的深入讨论互相取长补短、资源与信息的共享等对教师的成长的作用也是十分明显的。

实施“同课异构”教研活动提高了教师备课、上课的质量,对教师的教学基本功提出了更高的要求,使教师的教学不足之处通过与其他教师的对比评析全面显现,使教师的教学经验通过研讨活动得以总结提升,使教师的教学创新得以在展示中爆发,使教师的教学观念得以在听课中提升。教师的教学水平大面积提高,课堂教学改进行动研究获得实质性进展,课堂教学效益也大大改观。

在这次教研活动中,我们语文组的同仁们秉着“立足教材,优化教材,超越教材”的理念,深入研讨教材,不断整合资源,优化教学组织结构,博采众人之长,凝聚集体智慧,达到了有效教学的目的。

一学期的教学工作又近尾声,本学期我们小学数学低段教研组全体教师紧紧围绕学校工作计划中对教学工作的要求,立足课堂,反思实施过程中出现的问题,探讨、寻求问题解决的策略和方法,并在学校领导的大力支持和帮助下,我们加强教研力度,努力提高课堂教学效率,切实提高教育教学质量,促进每位教师的专业化发展。现就以下几方面总结如下:

1.组织广大数学教师进一步学习贯彻和落实新课程的理念、思想和方法,努力促使广大教师在日常数学教学中加强实践感悟,切实转变教育观念,转变教学行为。教研组加强理论和业务学习,听课等做到了三个引领:理念引领、思路引领、方法引领。使教师育人的整体意识得到提高,变知识育人为文化育人,让学生在愉悦的环境中学习。教师们都能认真做好学习笔记,并还能根据自己的教学实际开展自学,每位教师业务笔记都能达到xxxx字以上。十月份我们还进行了教学中热点问题的交流,主题就针对低段教学中如何集中学生的注意力和如何指导学生的学习方法进行了交流。

2、学习新常规,撰写新常规教学设计,参加学区评比,取得了好的成绩。

3、学习感悟名师教学风采。

本学期,本组数学教师到城西、实验等学校参加听课学习,并把所听到的教学信息在教研组活动中传达,使老师们受到了启发,达到资源共享。

我组多次开展如何提高低段学生的口算能力的研讨活动,通过讨论大家形成了共识,要进行有效的训练,引导学生如何训练,掌握有效的训练方法,并结合心算的技巧的进行训练,才能有效地提高学生口算过关测试。

本学期我教研组每位教师精心准备上了一节过关课,在课堂上充分展现了他们深厚的教学功底,以及在课堂上常见问题的灵活处理的能力,同时从这节常态课中也充分体现了一课多上的理念。同年级的教师上同样的内容,但从课上体现出不同的教学思路和教学的方法,一年级的三位教师根据儿童的年龄特征,体现出了活泼的风格,二年级老师充分运用多媒体的优势,帮助学生理解了倍的含义,随后进行了评课,相互交流探讨,畅所欲言,表达自己的所感所悟。每次课后本组的教师要认真地反思教学,从深层次上去考虑自己的教学工作,通过互相听课、评课,,取长补短,不断提升自己的教学水平。

本学期根据实际情况,我们开展了两次集体备课活动,分别是周晓雪老师执教的二年级的《推理》和周乐见老师执教仪年级的《找规律》。集体备课通过“一课、三备、两上、两反思”加集体评议的方式对提高课堂教学效率起到积极促进的作用。两位教师通过多种方式为学生积极创设学习情境,充分调动学生的学习兴趣,体现以学生为本的教学理念,展现了不同年级,不同教学内容的课的教学的有效方法。

1、课题研究还有待加强,使教师、家长和学生都能从中收益。

2、忽略了学生活动,争取为学生创设更多的寓教于乐的活动,实现、

活动和学习的充分结合。

10月9日平邑县小学美术教研活动在西城实验小学召开,参加教研活动的有县美术教研员杨新岗老师及各校的美术教师代表。这次教研活动开展,实质上是在摸索探究一种新的学生美术教学模式,让教师转变教学观、评价观、人才观;让孩子学会学习,使孩子会学、善学,培养他们的创新、自主学习能力,使其终身受益;同时也开阔了教师眼界,充实了自己的头脑,对今后的教育教学思路指明了方向。

本次观摩研讨会上,来自实验小学和西城实验小学的两位教师展示了低、中学段的现场观摩课,体现了老师们对课堂教学的思考和尝试,老师们与时俱进的教学理念、活泼新颖的教学设计、精湛独到的专业技能、入情入境的语言表达,给大家下了深刻的印象,教师们的互动评课也异常热烈而深入。

由此可见:

1、作为一名美术老师必须具备扎实的教学基本功和良好的专业素养,才能在课堂中应用自如。教师在举手投足间展示出的扎实的专业功底和素养不是一节两节优质课就能养成的,需要教师认真对待每一节常态课,把每节课当做优质课来准备,才能在课堂教学中游刃有余。

2、把握教学目标要准确,不要误导学生。

3、轻松快乐教学,让学生变被动学习为主动学习。学生和教师轻松愉悦的谈话交流,和谐愉悦的教学气氛,都会带给学生快乐,在轻松愉悦的教学氛围中接受新知,比死板灌输式效果要好的多。

由两位骨干教师带领大家进行了详细的教材通研,认真分析了小学美术四大领域【造型r26;表现】、【设计r26;应用】、【欣赏r26;评述】、【综合r26;探索】各领域的重点难点,并设计详细课例,共同研究分析。从而使与会老师对美术新课程标准的内容和新的美术教育理念有了全新的认识和了解,在今后的美术课教学中以更高更新的理念指导自己的教学实践。

再一次强调了一堂好的美术课的标准:

1、设定目标准不准确,具不具体以及目标的达成度。

2、不要脱离目标,任何活动都要全程追踪、指向目标。

3、教学内容的选择是否恰当,是否与目标相吻合,学生现有的知识结构、临近发展区不要过高或过低。

4、选择恰当的教学方法来完成教学目标。

首先,教师应加强自身创造性素质的培养,提高创造思维能力。因为学生具有强烈的模仿性,教师的行动将成为孩子的榜样,因此教师本身应该具有创造力。同时,教师本身要具有开发学生创造性思维的意识。在活动中,应多鼓励他们用多种材料和手法去表现作品,不拘泥于用一种固定的方式,鼓励孩子们大胆的“试试看”。

其次,教师要注意培养学生的观察能力。观察能力是孩子们认识周围事物,增长知识的重要途径,观察能力强的人会发现别人看不到的内容,会从人们习以为常的情景中看出特殊的东西。教师在指导绘画中,语言应当具有启迪性,启发孩子自己去调整自己的观察活动。

第三,教师要重视与学生的交流以及他们间的自由交流。教师应该尽量多地同学生交谈,让孩子之间自由交谈,并适时加入,适当指导。尤其在教师向孩子提出问题,启发他们动脑筋思考问题时,教师需要给他们机会发表自己的意见,锻炼口头语言的表达能力。教师要进行引导性的交谈,并引导他们运用已有的经验进行联想,鼓励通过联想来丰富画面内容。值得特别注意的是,在指导过程中,要始终让孩子做绘画的主人。
