1、标题:接收函,或***公司接收函(不是接受函哦)单位有公文纸的一定要用公文纸打印,尽量正规!

2、称谓:陕西科技大学大学生就业指导中心、陕西科技大学就业指导中心或陕西科技大学设计与艺术学院均可

3、正文:

包括内容:单位须说明同意录用(或聘用)哪个班级的哪个学生,有两三句话就可以。还可在前面附加一些如工作突出、表现良好之类的`评语,同意录用。

特别提醒:每份接收函只能录用一个学生,不可罗列。

4、落款:单位名称、时间、单位盖章(必须要有)

页面最下方注明单位名称、电话、地址等(托人代开,即并没有在该单位工作的,不要写此信息)。
