会议指出，20xx年，全区上下深入开展政府信息公开工作，有序推进各项任务，形成了公开意识增强、组织机构健全、职责分工明确、形式丰富多样、公开重点突出的新局面。
一是主动公开及时全面。全年全区公开政府信息2900余条，这些信息基本涵盖了政府工作的方方面面，较好地满足了群众的知情权、参与权、监督权。
二是依申请公开高度重视。按要求及时答复了全部信息公开申请，并且把依申请公开政府信息以及其他相关资料进行登记并整理归档，做到手续完备、程序严谨。
三是长效机制基本建立。继续加强组织领导、制度建设等方面工作，举办了培训班，进一步提高了从业人员的业务技能。
会议明确了全区20xx年的政府信息公开工作的五项重点：
一是加大政府信息主动公开力度。及时更新政府信息。对新形成的文件，必须按《条例》规定的期限予以公开。
二是优化各类信息公开渠道。及时、全面、准确地主动公开各类政府信息，增强信息发布的主动性、权威性和实效性。按照“一站式”要求，完善、提升信息公开公共查阅服务中心管理服务水平，方便公众查阅和获取政府信息。
三是要积极推动政府信息公开向基层延伸，探索推进政府信息公开向基层延伸的方法和途径。
四是改进依申请公开政府信息服务。严格按照依申请公开政府信息的工作流程、服务方式、服务内容、操作要求和办结时限，妥善处理公众提出的信息申请，为申请人提供便捷的公开服务。
五是加强工作督导。有计划组织“分类培训”。制定政府信息公开考评细则，量化考核标准，适时组织开展政府信息公开工作检查，加强对《条例》落实情况的监督、监察和评议。
全区财政工作会议简报
近期，在政府后楼会议室隆重召开了20xx年全区人事、财政、编制工作会议。参加会议的有区直机关及乡镇主管财务领导及财务人员，区长于德志同志应邀参加了会议。
会议由政府办主任童申玉主持。在会上金峰局长对我区20xx年财政工作进行了回顾，并对20xx年财政工作进行了安排。金峰局长在会中指出，20xx年我区财政工作取得了有目共睹的辉煌成就：财政收入蛋糕越做越大，由20xx年的17310万元增长到20xx年的25004万元，同比增长;20xx年财政总支出达到47392元，财政职能已经从“吃饭财政”转变到“民生财政”、“建设财政”;财政队伍整体素质进一步提高，服务质量进一步提高。在安排20xx年财政工作时，他指出我们财政部门今年要继续科学理财，统筹安排，确保经济社会事业和谐发展，加大产业结构调整力度，巩固培育新型财源，建立长效增收机制。
要进一步强化依法理财和为民服务理念，提高财政监管质量，增强财政法制建设，打造好财政机关干部和全区财务人员两支队伍。
会上，于区长作了重要讲话，对过去一年来的财政工作取得的显著成绩给予了充分肯定，并对今后的财政工作提出了希望和要求。并指出我们目前要奋斗目标是要完成哈南工业新城开发建设71平方公里，打造100平方公里新城核心区雏形，形成辐射贯通周边各工业园区框架格局，经济总量上再造一个哈尔滨工业，实现“率先晋位”，成为全省最大的现代产业集聚区。在“”期间，平房区财政收入预计突破5亿元大关，平均每年保持20%增长速度。要实现这一发展目标和发展速度，实现财政收入翻一番的目标。
