Directions: there are 20 blanks in the following passage. For each blank
there are four choices marked A, B, C and D. You must choose the ONE that
best fits into the passage.
Today, the World Wide Web can be used both to 1 information

where they might choose to go next. Feedback can be kept formal via a

unauthorized visitors cannot make unsolicited changes to them, it is also
