根据教育部关于主办各类学术会议的.有关规定，以及我校制订的学术会议管理办法和《申请举办国际会议程序》，凡我校各单位主办各类学术会议须在上一年的9月5日前提出预申报并通过学校报教育部审批，审批通过后主办国际和港澳台会议的单位须在对外承诺或发布会议通告前5个月向社科处正式签报申请主办会议，主办国内会议的单位须在会议召开前3个月向社科处正式签报申请主办会议。
现请各单位预报拟在20xx年主办各类学术会议情况，具体事项如下：
1、各单位拟在20xx年主办国际和港澳台学术会议，请填写《xx大学主办人文社会科学国际和港澳台学术会议预申报表》；拟主办国内学术会议，请填写《xx大学主办人文社会科学国内学术会议预申报表》。
2、未进行预报的会议将不再受理申报。
3、请各单位务必在9月5日之前将学术会议预报表由单位负责人签字盖公章后报社科处，同时将电子版发送到xxxx。
4、若本单位20xx年不主办学术会议，请在会议预报表上填写"无"，并由单位负责人签字盖公章后报社科处。
5、学术会议的正式报批手续严格按照学校制订的学术会议管理办法执行。

由中国腐蚀与防护学会、中国机械工程学会、中国力学学会、中国金属学会、中国航空学会和中国材料研究会联合主办的“第十二届全国疲劳与断裂学术会议”定于xx年11月10-13日在福建厦门召开。这将是一次内容丰富、形式多样、人员广泛的学术盛会。本届会议旨在通过广泛的学术和信息交流，活跃学术思想，明确研究方向，推进我国的疲劳与断裂研究的发展。第一轮 征文通知
1、会议主要内容
1)材料的断裂与循环形变的晶体学
2)断裂与疲劳损伤的微细观方面
3)金属材料的断裂与疲劳行为
4)非金属材料与新型材料(包括工程塑料、生物材料、建筑材料、陶瓷、复合材料、金属间化合物，纳米材料等)的断裂与疲劳行为
5)环境对材料与结构的断裂与疲劳的影响
6)载荷谱和随机载荷下材料与结构的疲劳与断裂
7)材料和结构的疲劳寿命估算、可靠性、延寿及老龄化分析
8)计算断裂力学、实验断裂力学、概率断裂力学及可靠性
9)线弹性弹塑性断裂、界面断裂、动态断裂
10)断裂与疲劳研究的新方法和新理论
11)材料疲劳与断裂研究中的实验及测试技术
12)抗断裂与疲劳的设计技术

2、会议征文
凡未经正式刊物发表，与材料的疲劳和断裂领域相关的研究成果、学术观点、工程经验、设想及建议等均可以论文形式应征。应征论文必须论点鲜明、论据充分、数据可靠、文字流畅、图表清楚，一般约为5000字以内(3页)，计量单位要严格执行《xxx法定计量单位》中的有关规定，并附word文件类型的软盘、email word文件到会议秘书处或在线投稿。论文经专家审阅后给予书面答复。经评审合格的论文将在《机械强度》杂志(增刊)上正式出版。接到论文录用通知和论文收费通知后汇交会议注册费600元(学生400元)和版面费600元/篇到《机械强度》杂志社，每超过一页加收200元。不交会议注册费和版面费的论文，将不编入论文集(期刊)中。已经录用的稿件将付一定稿酬。没被录用的稿件恕不退回，请自留底稿。
欢迎全国各地从事相关专业的专家学者、科研人员、高校师生踊跃投稿，同时也欢迎暂无论文但对会议感兴趣的社会各界人士参加会议。
3、会议地点
会议地点在厦门市鼓浪屿别墅酒店(厦门市鼓浪屿鼓声路14号，电话：;传真：), 会议不安排接站，请注意到厦门后，一定要到厦门旅游客运码头上船。会议期间食宿自理。

本次会议将邀请日本和我国知名专家学者就疲劳与断裂的研究现状和发展动态等方面作若干专题报告。
7、应征论文参考格式
由于“机械强度”被美国工程索引和英国的“科学文摘”等收录，为了便于国际著名检索刊物和其它信息机构采用，英文摘要应详细，尽可能反映文稿的主要内容，具有独立性和自含性，即不阅读全文就能获得所论述的主要信息;避免使用第一人称，应包括目的、过程及方法，结论三部分。字数不得少于900个印刷符号。
参考文献格式如下：
文中图表附最具代表性的,并一律安排在正文中.图表题请附中英文对照稿。

——关于举办20xx年经济发展学术研讨会的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市林学会，中国林学会各分会、专业委员会，各有关单位和专家：
为加强经济学术交流，深化经济理论研究，总结经济发展经验，推广经济典型发展模式，进一步推进集体林权制度改革，促进生态林业民生林业发展，中国林学会决定召开20xx经济发展学术研讨会。现将会议有关事宜通知如下。
一、会议时间与地点
会议将于20xx年12月上旬举行，会期2天，具体时间与地点另行通知。
二、会议内容
会议采用现场考察与学术研讨、经验交流相结合的形式。研讨交流的主要内容如下：
(1)经济与生态民生改善和集体林权制度进一步深化改革;
(2)经济发展理论研究;
(3)经济发展规划与示范基地建设研究;
(4)发展经济的政策支持与科技支撑;
(5)经济社会化服务与市场流通体系建设研究;

(7)种植业、养殖业、森林游憩与经济;
(8)经济发展的典型经验等。
三、报名参会及论文提交
(一)报名参加本次会议的科技人员请于20xx年11月10日前将报名表(见附件1)和论文提交到中国林学会学术部(报名表和论文只提供电子版，不需提供纸质版)，在截止时间内报名的代表将优先安排住宿、报告论文和提供资料。
(二)参会人员原则上需提交学术论文。代表可以提交全文，也可以只提交摘要，摘要字数不少于1000字(排版格式及要求见附件2)
四、参会人员
(一)有关领导、特邀专家和嘉宾;
(二)从事经济科研、教学、管理和生产实践的科技人员;
(三)各省、自治区、直辖市林学会和中国林学会各分会、专业委员会有关人员。

各单位：
举办或承办国际学术会议是引进国外群体智力，了解国际前沿学术动态，提高我校教学科研水平以及国际影响力的重要途径。为加强对国际学术会议组织工作的管理，现就20xx年度举办或承办国际学术会议申报工作通知如下：
一、举办或承办国际学术会议的条件以及要求
1、国际学术会议出席会议的境外人员比例应不低于会议代表总人数的20%,参会人员国别应在3个或以上。
2、举办或承办国际学术会议必须坚持以我为主，办会目的明确。国际学术会议应符合学校学科发展方向，具有一定的专业水平。不得举办涉及领土主权、意识形态、民族、宗教、人权等敏感问题的相关会议。
3、举办国际学术会议要本着“以会养会，内外有别” 的原则，坚持厉行节约、讲求实效，严格按照国家相关要求组织会议。
二、会议申报程序
1、各单位应提前做好计划，向国际交流合作处提出下一年度拟举办或承办国际学术会议的申请，并填写《南京理工大学举办国际学术会议申请表》（见附件）。
2、国际交流合作处对各单位提交的举办或承办国际学术会议的申请进行审核，经学校分管领导批准后上报工业和信息化部审批。
请各单位按照本通知要求，认真组织好本单位20xx年度拟举办或承办国际会议的各项申报工作，并于20xx年11月1x日前将由学院领导审核签字后的《南京理工大学举办国际学术会议申请表》提交至国际交流合作处。各单位在提交申报材料的同时，应将本单位20xx年度已举办或承办的国际学术会议总结纸质版及电子版各一份提交给国际交流合作处。

good morning, ladies and gentleman. welcome to chicago, a beautiful city of america. i’m^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^, from*********** university of a very very great pleasure to participate in the 110th association of american geographers conference as the chairman,its my first time to do i really enjoy being stay here with you this morning.
the international geography conference has been held 110th times by the association of american geographers (aag) institute since 1904. the purpose of the conferences have contributed to share our experiences and knowledge of the advancement of geography, frontier developments and reaserches, as well as possible applications of them in solving practical problems. a lot of current issues have been discussed, and some of them have been effectively soluted.
welcome to the association of american geographers annual meeting in los angeles, california! you will be joined by fellow geographers, gis specialists, environmental scientists, and other leaders for the latest in research and applications in geography, sustainability, and gis science. the meeting will be held from december14 to december18, 2015, and will feature over 6,000 presentations, posters, workshops, and field trips by leading scholars, experts, and researchers.
